Many homeowners feel stuck because they do not know where to begin. We exist to explain the choices first. Know your options. Then talk to someone who can look at your home.

How Providers Are Matched

You send a request with a few details about your house and what you want done. We then connect you with an independent provider in our network that works in your area. What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are separate businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain the work in plain words
• Give a written quote before work starts
• Respect your home and your schedule
• Be clear about permits, materials and timing

We also encourage you to ask each provider about their own license and insurance. Those belong to the provider, not to Shieldfast Windows & Siding.

What We Do Not Do

We do not install windows or siding. We do not set your price. We do not promise what an insurer will decide. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and providers can often help document damage for a claim.

Our focus is window replacement and siding installation. Repair-only requests are not a fit for this service, and window requests usually involve at least two windows.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners do not pay Shieldfast Windows & Siding to make a request. Providers in our network may pay for the connection. That does not change your choice. You decide whether to hire anyone, and there is no obligation.
